I truly appreciate your support. I'm a one-person shop, which means that I make all of the items that I sell, and also do all of the marketing, photography, packaging & shipping. 

Most orders ship within 1-3 business days, unless I'm away from my studio for a market, in which case there will be an announcement bar at the top of each page with closed dates. Thank you for your patience while I get your order out.

RETURNS

My hope is that you will love your purchase from Talufane. 

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please email me upon receipt. A refund or exchange will be issued when the order is returned safely, in unused condition, within 14 days of receipt. 

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. If you are requesting an exchange, I will issue a Paypal invoice for additional shipping fees.

No refund will be issued if the item/s do not return to Talufane safely. Please package any returns securely and provide insurance for damage or loss.

ABOUT TALUFANE CREATIONS

Each item is created by hand and in small batches. No two pieces are the same so your particular purchase might not look exactly like the photos listed. Please allow for variations in the color and coverage of prints. I do my best to ensure that the color of the item is represented as closely as possible in the photographs, but keep in mind that colors vary due to differences in monitors.

SHIPPING

After payment is processed, your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days. 

All Domestic orders (within the United States) up to 13 oz. will ship via USPS First Class Mail (unless you upgrade your shipping speed at checkout). All Domestic orders over 13 oz. will ship via USPS Priority Mail. The weight of your package will automatically be estimated at checkout. 

International orders (outside of United States) up to 4 lbs. will ship USPS First Class International Mail. International orders over 4 lbs will ship USPS Priority International Mail. 

International buyers are responsible for all VAT, import fees, and taxes imposed by your country. Shipping internationally may cause your parcel to attract duties and custom fees. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays of weeks or months. The duties and fees required for clearance are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact your local customs organization for more information. Shipping charges will not be refunded if the items ordered are returned to me.
